Hi, Fro here.

I have ordered my very first lightsaber and i got it today in the mail! YAY! Cheesy

I have a slight problem tho when configuring the sound. The launcher doesnt detect my soundboard.
I really need to lower the sound of the soundboard so i need help with this one.

Had the same issue, my answer was, just keep trying....the launcher will only recognize my saber one in about 50 tries.

I've searched the forums for hours, tried every suggestion, and used every workaround. None of them worked. Basically I just have to keep trying to connect the saber, close and open the app and cross my fingers.

Sorry if it isn't the answer you are looking for, but as of right now that answer doesn't appear to exist.

This may be a USB port issue. The soundboard only seems to be recognized when connected to USB2 ports. If your PC only has USB3 try using a USB hub between your PC and soundboard.  There are 2 sticky post (MAC & Windows) that discuss this iissue.

Its fine, i've managed to enter the obsidian soundboard. it takes some patience and you have to remove the USB from the input several times and restart the saber.
