Giving Madness more ideas, bigBear. It’ll be tempting for him to do so, lol.
it's funny cause it's true, the aging technics I want to try them all!! But the gold peaking through I did allow that on the first run but I was not a fan, and since I plan to wrap once I stop being awful at it I'm going to use the leather to give it a more polished all be it still aged look. Also thanks for all the kind words, I've had fun for sure. Today I'm taking my saber to my buddy for a battle session then some touch-up on my awful solder work :p |

Quite honestly, you’re one of the main motivators for me to want to age mine as well. I just want to add sound and a different color to it before I do so. So please keep up the good work and keep us updated. I’m following your saber’s Transformation rather closely and would like to take any pointers on both aging and wrapping it in leather if you care to share some |

Already posted in the customize forums but figured I would post here. This is my Aeon V4 LE 75 dollar mystery box. It came artic blue with a V3 sound board.. I've done a few things to it since then. The darkside spoke and I listened... Last step will be to try a leather wrap but I'm still practicing a bit before I attempt that. My 6 year old helped me with all the aging and painting and battle damage she marked it I drimeled it while she was on vacume duty so we did not get aluminum dust anywhere bad like our eyes lol  I like it! Very nice! |

Playing around with MHS parts today, I came up with this frankensaber! It's made up of Archon and Menace emitter pieces with a vented coupler on a Menace body with the top piece of the emitter as the pommel.  That looks pretty awesome! |
