I don't remember if you already have an Apprentice or Sentinel, but if you don't, this saber might just jump up into your top favorites right along side your Arbiter. Congratulations LB. Can't wait to see pics.

I was really on the fence with this one, the Dark Catalyst and the Dark Shock. You may notice a theme there where I definitely wanted a "dark" saber to go with Consular Green. I ultimately chose the Dark Sentinel LE because of all the good feedback on this one, of course, but because I think I'd prefer to get the Catalyst or Shock in Emerald and can't afford that right now, so... later.

Yeah, I sort of agree with you on that one, CVB, but I have 4-5 heavy grade, both non-UE and UE, anyway, so I decided to save and get a blade that was better for spinning, display or show.  I do prefer the heavy grade most of the time, though.  Thanks for the input and +1 to you, good sir.

Yeah, I really like the LS colors on the darker hilts. The Shock is nice, but not my favorite, and I actually almost got the Dark Catalyst for my original saber, but then I decided to go cheaper to make sure I liked the products (like I wouldn't like the products. ) before I went expensive.

The contrast is nicely outside the box and I love it.  The Dark Catalyst will be my "dark horse" saber. I will get it... eventually... definitely this year.

I would love to be able to by sabers that often. But I don't have the funds. But it is still cool to see other people getting sabers all the time.

The balance is pretty good with a 36" midgrade, but I feel it is just needing a little extra heft to it. I plan to get a 32" HG and a Darl Shock pommel (assuming they ever come back in stock) for it, and I think that will make it perfect. Like you say about your Arbiter, the Sentinel spins just wonderfully and the only way I could be happier with mine is if it had OB v4... and probably the changes stated above, but not going 100% on that till I have the pieces and get to feel it spin.

Heh heh heh... How eagle eye of you to notice there, LR. I can put your mind at ease that I already have a spare blade plug that doesn't currently have a home and now it does, so yay I didn't have to worry about it on this one.  

Yeah I almost went with just the Dark Sentinel regular version, but I have a Consular that is all black like that without the shroud, so I liked the idea of the silver accents on this one to add some uniqueness and "swag". I already have an Archon classic pommel as well to go with it, so we'll see how that looks.

Thanks for the feedback and the luck. Looking forward to posting pics and a video of everything, and super stoked even if that "everything" is only the Sentinel. It's gonna be so slick with the CG.  Also, I found my old tripod and got an adapter for my iPhone for it, so my videos will look a bit better now.
