With this saber I felt like I needed to get to know it for a while and learn it’s ways before assigning it a color. I am still liking the AS for know. Just got my saber back and all is good =] You guys were right though, US's just replaced the set screw but its cool  Really does look good with my Manticore high pommel I think =]  |

That is kind of what I figured would be the lowest cost solution, however now I am curious. Is your set screw slightly larger in diameter than before? |

Yeah. I found an allen wrench that fits though so its all good =] I have a standard set. Marlena said its possibly the 10-32 size set screw. Does torque much smoother now at least. The emitter was just too thin of a design I think x.x

My brother thinks the set screw might've punctured the blade so, that's probably what caused the stripping. But here's a cool pic of 3 of my favorite lightsabers =] And 3 of the classic lightsaber blade colors too  |
