Nicely done! I especially like (but cringed, I admit!) the gash in the top part of the emitter! How long did it take ya?
A few hours with a dremel for the gashes and scrapes. Grinding the handle down with a table grinder wasnt too bad, but I had never worked leather before so that was fun. Originally this saber had a guarded switch and an orange blade, no sound. I pulled the sound card from a blade builder a rewired it with a momentary switch and transistor for the main led. So a few days with research to find everything etc |

Hey Hazard? Did you order the covertec wheel in gold or did it come that way?
I've seen a fair amt of pics lately that have the gold in place of the silver or black to match the hilt.
