I've handled a normal catalyst once for a custom and I completely agree.
In terms of choke points, handling, and spinning - there isn't a more comfortable premium saber.

I am quickly discovering that. Yes, it finally stopped raining! Now I can stop building the ark, and resume practising moves.  +1 |

Very nice. That should be your signature Sith saber  I agree though you hardly see either versions of the Catalyst sabers probably due to that one small problem but that's the genius of the mhs am I right? Can always get a deeper blade holder if that makes any sense. Actually have plans to do a custom Dark Catalyst saber myself. Dark Arbiter emitter and Consular pommel ;o |

I tried against a saberstaff...I won. That custom sound cool. I'd like to see it when you're done. |
