Hello, frolof here!

So as for late i've been interested in altering the colors of my lightsabers. Though
I adore the blue of the old classic lightsabers I wish to get that perfect blue.

Its not guardian blue but I guess arctic sort of. Any suggestions?

Probably Arctic Blue, though I have 0 experience with most colors and Emerald settings.
