The Mantis already comes with a scorpion pommel. Did you mean the emitter?

I had thought of doing the same thing.... until I found out just through this http://www.saberforum.com/index.php?topic=1186.0 thread that unfortunately it is not possible T___T

The scorpion emitter cannot be removed to go on a mantis...as far as that list is concerned.
