bought a saber that comes with li-ion batteries. didnt get the charger.

ive been using Eneloop AAA Ni-mh batteries.

Will the eneloop battery charger work with juicing up the LI-ion batteries?

No, you have to use a charger that specifically charges Li-Ion batteries. It doesn't need to be the one from Ultrasabers, you'll find many types in electronic shops. Personally, I use the VP4 4-slot charger from XTar. Very good charger, can only recommend it!

Some chargers do support both Lithium Ion and "normal" rechargable AAA batteries. If you need a single charger that does both types, I use the NiteCore Intellicharger v4 (ran about $20).
