Hi, I posted this on the general discussion, but thought this might be a better place

I've been playing with the set up of my new saber. I've got a pretty good flicker effect by just setting the pulse time down to 0.1 seconds and nothing else

But I'd like to know what other people have done, and what gives the closest to the flicker effect in the films??

Is there an "optimum setup" for the pulse effect?
