I would hardly call her "chubby."

What would you call a woman with her body type? That's my type, I'd say curvy. Chubby, to me, is a cute term. I think BBW is harsh, I don't know why I feel that way.

So, what would you call her

Perhaps a bit chubby, but not overly so. That being said, I'd swipe right. Wink

Haha! Swipe right! I think she's beautiful. There are those that don't see it that way; prefer their women, and men, to be fit looking and in shape. There was back and forth when she made the cover of the SI Swimsuit Edition. I don't care, so when I said Chubby Chasers, it might not have been the best of wording, but I ultimately meant To those who don't see her as physically flawed

I'd say curvy and voluptuous are both good terms.  Considering the term "curvy fit" can actually be found on certain cuts of ladies' pants, that's usually a good indicator it's a good term to use. Wink

But I wouldn't say someone is flawed for not having a supermodel build.  Heck, even if you look at different athletic disciplines, each sport encourages a different kind of build, not all of which might have the same level of attraction for everyone.

My wife is loving all these designers now tailoring to the curvy woman. I think it's great, that a woman with curves, and more, are more acceptable in the public eye. I presented a theory to my designer friend from high school, and she pretty much said Yes, it's true. I won't mention it here, because of rules. But yes, the curvy body is great.
I don't know if it's actually true, but it seemed right. My mom said the term "perfect 10" came from way back when; that if you wore a size 10, you had the perfect figure. Supermodels everywhere are all shaking their heads, but it made sense to me. Marilyn Monroe wasn't a waif. Not a size 10 either

Always loved Elvira, then I saw the real woman under the costume and I fell in love all over again. She's right up there with Helen Mirren, Anne Archer, or Diane Lane...

In a heartbeat.

EDIT: Speaking of...

Anne Archer:

Diane Lane:

And the best looking Aunt May to appear in a Marvel comics movie... Marisa Tomei:

Also, Lily Collins...

How the hell Phil Collins managed to breed this vision of loveliness is a mystery and a feat of genetic tinkering.
