Hi all,

I recently got my first saber and am beyond thrilled with it, but there's one little quirk that I'm wondering if anyone has come across.

I just went with the Obsidian Lit soundboard to start with.
Occasionally, after playing the powerup effect, it will immediately play a clash effect, even when the saber is held perfectly still.

I thought I had it narrowed down to the angle I had it at when turning on, but that didn't hold true over time.
I've also tried some testing with the position and motion of the saber when I'm powering it down, to see if it affects the next startup.

So far, there have been no consistent results.

It's not an annoying quirk, but would be nice to have an answer if possible.

It happens with the LITE board. It is not a problem with it though. Everything is fine

Same thing happened to me.

Customer service indicated it was a motion sensor issue with the soundboard and had me send my hilt back for repair.   It's on its way back now.

Got it back, soundboard was replaced.

First day no issue.

Next day...  back to the random clash on activation.  :/
