I was wondering if anyone could explain how to take out the switch of a Dark Apprentice V4 (it's a guarded switch) so I can get at the wiring that's connected to it?  I'm more than a little bit scared to try, just because I don't want to mess up my saber or the switch.

Screwdriver long enough to get leverage to pop it out. Pull out your LED enough to get access and make sure there is no glue or backing nut. If its all clear find a nice place (base of the threaded part) to put a flat head and try popping it out. Careful not to damage your switch. Might think about making that LED QD while youre there. Good luck and be safe.
