Hi, I just recieved my Phantasm V2 a few days ago, very happy with it, might do a review sometime soon Smiley. However, I have come across one problem: the coupler getting stuck. It's gotten very tight before and I've removed it by using the allen wrench in the hole in the coupler, but now it's completley stuck. I've tried using the allen wrench, but it just bent the wrench, so I stopped in fear of it snapping. Does anybody have any ideas of how I could unscrew it, and what I can do to prevent this from happening? Thanks Smiley

Try one of these rubber-band glass/bottle openers to unscrew it.
You can use some grease on the threading to prevent it from getting stuck again. Also, it's enough to hand-tighten it once you screw it back in, don't over-tighten because that can easily damage your threading and/or your parts. And prevent you from unscrewing it again Wink

I'd recommend some grease and some sort of can/bottle opener Cheesy

It's been rather humid where I live. I had the same issue earlier today.

I have a Phantom V4 LE Saberstaff.
One of my coupler ends got stuck in one of my handles.

I tried a number of things, and it remained stuck. Nothing worked.

Then I grabbed some pot holders, the canvas kind with the rubber pads on the inside.

One grip on the coupler threads, the grip on the handle the coupler was stuck in.
Twist both in counter directions to loosen. Worked well.
