I just had this idea for a "Fourth of July" themed Ultrasaber color settings. The two main colors are red and white, then the Flash on Clash is a mid to deep blue.  Therefore: "...the red, white, and blue." Just like the U.S. flag in the Star Spangled Banner.

I think that something like the pic on the bottom requires an LED strip, which Ultrasabers don't have because they aren't strong enough to withstand sparring.
