Have Windows Vista Home Edition and no matter what I try,(everything recommended in the forums so far) Saber will not connect.

Are you using USB 2.0 ports and cables?

Have you followed the instruction video by Ultrasabers on how to connect?

Does you computer show your lightsaber as an unknown device?

What does it do when you attempt to plug in the cable to the turned on lightsaber? 

Is it just an Obsidian board, or do you have an Emerald Board as well on the lightsaber?

More information required.   I don't know about the compatibility of Vista and the Obsidian v4 launcher.

Try another computer (perferably older). Worked for me.

I get the same thing on two of my computers. (the new ones). Get the "connected sound" from windows, then nothing. The device manager says "Error code 10".
If I plug it into an old computer, it workes.

Same OS on all three (Win 10).
Does not matter if it's plugged into USB3 or USB2 ports.

The only real difference is - the old computer does not support usb3 at all.
