The phantom doublesaber is, in my opinion, one of the best offerings from US thus far, and I'm pretty picky so that's saying a lot. I got it in red of course, I dont think most light side Jedi would approve of carrying a dual blade. The sabers have one retention screw, and then a second hole where you could add another, but its left open so you get a little bit of the blade shining through -- cool touch! There are lots of nice lathe cut grooves to make the grip easier, and balance isnt an issue since its automatically balanced due to being a dual blade. The red blades are also very, very bright, I think probably the brightest of all ultrasabers. Nice stuff! Shorter duelists should take care to order the initiate model, as mine is taller than myself or most of the doorways in my house, and I'm pretty tall... but its effective in combat for me, so I'm not complaining.
In order to customize these, I painted some of the grooves black, added two red buttons, and wrapped some electrical tape once around to make a black band. I also added some strips of black zip ties to make vertical black lines near the emitter... I want to add guards to the emitters later but not sure how I'll go about that. pics to follow tomorrow.

Nice I owned a Phantom myself but i destroyed one half so the electronics where used in the Starkiller i made. I really like what you did with the extra buttons. Looks like a small Maul homage to me. I also dig the zip ties. I used them a lot myself whilst customizing.
