I bought an obsidian v4 with emerald driver at dragon con, and I love it, but since getting it home most of the time I get a "USB device not recognized" error.
I have updated my drivers and even tried uninstalling my usb ports and restarting my pc.

FTR I am running the launcher as admin, with the saber on.

So has anyone else had this issue?

I had this issue when fist trying to connect my saber as well, but then I realized that I was connected to the soundboard port. Which one of the two usb ports are you connecting to? The one on the emitter side or the pommel side?

No I was connecting to the LED driver port it turned out my cord was bad, I went and bought a new mini usb cord and now it works fine.
