Sound Font PROBLEM!!!

Hello, so I wanted to add a new sound font to my saber and I could not do that because there were no space available so I formatted the memory because it cleared the memory and there are no videos telling me what to do. I did this then all my fonts were deleted. Now I am one by one adding them back and after I added the default Obsidian sound font it says "Inconsistencies detested! Disconnect saber, check battery pack is full then reconnect and try again. If the problem persists please format memory." My batteries are fully charged and I just formatted the memory already. I don't know if I should send it back Ultrasabers to add all the fonts back or if someone can talk to though fixing the problem. Please help me! I have a Graflex by the way.
