What hilts would you like to see UltraSabers release in the future ???

While I understand the sentiment, there's literally only 1 Convention Special - the Curved Reaper - so let's not blow this out of proportion.

If my Ultra-History is correct, the Curved Reaper was originally a Prototype / Test for the eventual Mantis; it was never intended it to be a full Production Model.

Apparently they resurrected it as a fun thing for Conventions, but it's not like there's this entire Secret line of hilts only at Cons.

Oh I know, and as for me I wasnt trying to blow it out of proportion. I was just more expressing my hate on post repated rewards because Ive been a loyal customer for 8 or so years and I dont think posts on the forum should dictate an exclusive online and honestly theres no need to make exclusives. Its a business that doesnt need the gimmicks of hasbro lol

I'd definitely like an Obi Wan ANH/ROTS saber like the one I'm about to be working on. It'd be a fairly easy mod/paint job/emitter switch on the Arbiter.

My point really wasn't about posts it's about some of us have worked pretty hard getting some of our knowledge. Then after a 1000 points later after getting that knowledge either here or a lot of times research elsewhere. We just hand it out when someone askes. I just thought it would be cool to get some kind of a reward for participating and helping out rather than just lerking and taking everything. See where I'm coming from now? I now your not being offensive. Some of these guys have been here longer than I have and have done just what I'm saying.  Like our good friend JediXIX for example and many others.

While rewards for long running customers or people helping out on the forums is a cool idea I don't think making an exclusive selection of sabers would be a good one. First I feel like It'd add alot of extra work for US with a very small payout as they'd have to come up with a unique saber that would make the exclusive feel worth it but only sell those to a small segment of the community. Doesn't make much sense for them. Also I feel like it would alienate new customers or people who simply don't like posting in forums because they will see that cool hilt only to be told sorry that's part of our exclusive collection. Seems a little unfair...

I would love that too. Revan's red blade looks all too simple, yet beautiful. Some would suggest that the Shock is (veeery loosely) inspired by it. As for the purple blade, well, not sure how US' take on it will be as they tend to design their hilts from a very cylindrical base. On one hand, I understand that as their focus is more on making dueling sabers. On the other, I would like to see US produce more intricate hilts.

Yeah i dont know how the purple blade would handle dueling however, i also wasnt sure the emperors hand would work since it seemed so busy that itd be hard to hold. I've heard that it handles great though so maybe the same would be true to this. Feel like itd be a cool and unique look to their lineup.

I think the Shock is based off of Shaak Ti's saber more than Revan's.
