I would like to see a hilt with dragons incorporated somehow if possible.
have the emitter look like an open dragon mouth and use red/orange color LEDs call it "fire breather" |

I like Ahsoka Tano's new katana looking hilts...uh, so, katanas.   So much this! As awesome as the Fulcrum and Lost Grey are, Ahsoka's new sabers are also epic. The curves and colors would be a challenge to manufacture though. |

im curious as to how they would fit the batteries and sound card in that
also it may be possible. they made two anakin inspired sabers (graflex and prophecy(3 if you count vaders)) why not two ahsoka sets
but that would mean having 4 sabers themed after her
hmmmm. seems deadlocked

the character inspired hilts are beautiful no doubt but i wanna see some more original designs.
recently they brought out mace windu's and ahsoka's sabers.
how bout some more US invented designs?

I have seen a 3d printed Katana style chassis for just that style of hilt, but it would be a major change in production process going from round hilts to a squared hilt like that, not to mention the curvature...
