So, getting details worked out for a tonfa-saber. I'm probably going to use pvc pipe to do the first version. Figured I'd share the sketch in the meantime. Still deciding on some of the placements of details and proportions. What do people think? I just looked at the sketch. Nice design I think. Have you considered using a 16" blade instead of 24"? |

yeah, thought about the 16. For me, it'll depend on which looks proportionally better once I get the first version done, since that'll help me figure out which blade will work better. As with a lot of things, they look great on paper, not so much once they're built. heh. We'll see if I get some time this weekend to try for a pvc test fit.
