Displaying my Ultra Sabers

Which 5 do you think I should display between the posters? By the way, the posters are 19" x 13" MDF mounted with hanging hooks on the back. A very nice Christmas present.

Right now I think I'm going with: Graflex, Ghosen One, Electrum Wind, Guardian, and Consular.

I agree with Jediseth, great collection.

The only thing I'd say, is go with the Archon v3.1 instead of the Consular.

I'd prob group them by trilogy, say Graflex, Chosen One and Archon V3.1 then over one poster place together the Guardian and EW. An off stagger of three hilts then two might look nice. A suggestion anyways

Yeah Graflex first, then Chosen One, then Archon to kinda match the 3 posters in a way then if you can do horizontal stands have the Guardian and Electrum Wind above the original 3, then the Consulae on the side or something. So the 3, then Guardian top and or Consular bottom, and Electrum Wind thrown in there somewhere. Its how I would do it anyway. I planto get the other 2 original sabers as well, Archon V2.1 counts too so why not

I second this suggestion. This is how I would do it.

I like this idea quite a bit RMJ. I can tell from the video that it's going to look really quite good. 👌

If it was up to me I would find a way to put all of your movie inspired sabers onto the wall. You have some really nice sabers and they are going to look great displayed next to your movie posters.

At home I buy things and then have no idea where I would put them. By taking my time and with a little trial and error I always find a unique way to display my items. I think your display you want will appear to you as you put your posters in place. It does not hurt to place two sabers side by side for comparisons. Whatever you choose I would love to see the finished display. Point to you for the share and idea.

Very nice collection you have there! I'd probably also take the colors of the saber blades in consideration while picking the ones to display (how they will influence lighting to the room and if you want a lot of variety or not). I'll bet the decoration of your Star Wars wall is going to be awesome!

Here's an update. The stands showed up today!

I'm quite busy this weekend (my son's 5th birthday!), so I probably won't get these up until the weekend after.

The more I look at your pics, the more I'm loving those Star Wars posters. I've seen those saber stands online, but it sure helped for you to do a quick unpackaging like that for us. They look pretty well made, and I like the point they make about polycarbonate plastic bending or warping over time when displayed horizontally. Hadn't thought of that. Looking forward to your impressions, but I'm already mostly decided that I need to get these, too. I have a wall already picked out in my home office, and I think I'll definitely go with the clear top version. Was there a reason you didn't go with clear top vs. the black top?

At the end of the day I don't plan on having the sabers on while against the wall. Probably when I take photos...but I can't imagine watching Episode 5 (my favourite) with the humming of my Sabers in the background. lol. I realize they'll look better, when on, with the clear top brackets. But in my case it's more about displaying the hilts next to the posters and then "oh by the way!" (pulls it out from the wall and powers on) "let go!"

I actually ordered 5 more tonight, with black top brackets.
