electrum wind switch

i want to change the switch of my emerald electrum wind. is it possible and how ?

I looked in mine the other day, and it appears to be just hot glued in, like AV switches usually are.  So, I'd imagine the process to remove it would be the same.  Though, I personally would remove the shroud pieces first.  Anyway, to remove an AV switch, just heat up the glue with a heat gun or blow dryer, in about 30 second passes.  (you don't want to liquefy the glue)  Once it starts to loosen, use something to grip it as it will be hot and pull it out.  The only challenge I can see versus round hilt with the bezel is that the switch sits flush to that box, making it harder to grip.  But, you should be able to do it.
