I've looked about here, and haven't come across a conclusive solution, so....

I've inherited a Guardian with what I assume is a Obisidian V4, with an Emerald driver.  I just inserted two fully charged "XTAR" 14500/800mAh batteries, and the LED immediately comes on, and it pulses - the color is a bright, but washed out blue.  It appears all the LEDs are lighting up.

Pressing the button does nothing.  There is no sound, and no response to swing or clash.

Not sure where to start troubleshooting, or its even possible...  Anyone care to fathom a guess?

As pressing the button does nothing, I would start troubleshooting with the switch. Because, at the very least, pressing the button should make it produce sound if it is a sound enabled saber.
