I am wanting to build a light saber where the color changes. I am planning on doing most of the electronics parts myself. My questions is,  can I buy a LED emitter from Ultrasaber that is RGB with three inputs for the voltage?

First, please go back to the main page and follow the bold red text about acknowledging the rules.

Second, I haven't seen a RGB option in the modules you can buy.  I looked earlier today, for a project of mine.  However, Ultra Sabers does offer a RGB setup in some of their sabers.  So, you can always e-mail customer service and ask of they will sell you what you need.

So I have an odd but hopefully simple question about Automotive LED headlights. Ive seen several military ones for sale on the local Craigslist but they are 24v. Being my jeeps are 12v, what happens if you hooked them up?
Nothing?
Reduced output?
Work just fine??
Any of you electrical gurus want to weigh in? Id appreciate the feedback.
