I guess I was feeling frisky, because I felt like making things as difficult as I can and seeing what happens. With one challenge task apparently not being enough, I figured I’d combine criteria and give it a go. So, I’ve attempted to combine single hand, with no strikes or throws, into the tightest space possible, using my Guardian w/a 36”. Some of you might thinks this is no big deal, and for you, maybe it isn’t. However, I found it very difficult. After several attempts I was barely able to get through a whole minute without hitting something, or ending in a strike. Even in my best attempt, I hit a chair right at the one min mark. It’s fun though, and good exercise for a big boy, such as myself. Here’s three blooper vids with my best attempt at the end. As it can be understood that there is a reverse of everything, I propose the following challenge: Anything you do in the routine you must also do the reverse of it. This includes all spins, all tosses, and all strikes. Let's see some defenses, some backwards maneuvers, some behind the back... Get creative! Video should be between 1 and 3 minutes according to your own inspiration.
and for bonus points, you can also attempt to do it in the style of a disco cheetah
