I have an Initiate v2 and I'm thinking about getting a nice screw on pommel for it from TCSS.

Does anybody know much about the compatibility of pommels listed under their modular hilt system category with the Initiate v2? My concern is whether the pommel size and thread size and number of turns will match that of the Initiate v2.

The initiate isn't MHS compatible. You may bee able to mod it to be so though.

That may not work well at all. TCSS pommels have a larger outer diameter than Initiates and it would look awkward. You may want to scour a hardware store for something of similar size if you are determined to change the pommel. Or if you have access to a lathe you can just bore it out.

I dont know about the initiate, but I just made a really good looking pommel piece out of a faucet aerator piece that's a similar diameter to my standard issue and aeon.
