Know what Vex? Getting hit with one of these things swung by a compact shaped dude like you is not high up on my Christmas list.

Their straight yellow, on camera they turn orangey. If Vex's are both AS with yellow filters, than I think they're showing up more pale but brighter because AS is quite bright. Know what Vex? Getting hit with one of these things swung by a compact shaped dude like you is not high up on my Christmas list.
It hurts quite a bit. Megan is as tall as me so when we go at it I feel I regret teaching her how to really swing. It's like a rocket right into my arm and the f***** up part is that she always manages to hit the same friggin spot.

No not that big lol. For a Woman she hit's really hard because she's fast. Not super strong but fast.

I'm sorry but I have to post again and say that I love that more people are either, starting to like short blades or are "coming out" so to speak, about using them.
I find their practicality very versatile.
I think that is a redundant statement but w/e.
And Even for tall people I know my Master's here enjoy using a short blade now and again.
Our new brother Deedzy is 6'9" so an initiate to him would be like a dagger. lol.
Speaking of daggers, I call dibs on "Stiletto" as a saber name.
Ooooh or if US made one called the stiletto, maybe geared toward the female Jedi. I'm sure a lot of GF's and Wives would like a saber that isnt "Nerdy" per-say.

Yes, yes it is. But I stand by my statement. Because I have never met a person that has picked up a lightsaber that hasn't said "This is rad."

Thanks for the inputs on the V3. question... when spun into a reverse grip , is the second choke point in a good location as far as recovering the saber in reverse grip position?

I would say that it wouldn't matter. From my point of view the best place to hold in reverse Vex is closer to the emitter. At least on the Dominix/Aeon V3 because it is longer, Either one I always hold closer to the emitter. But since it is right under the switch housing it might be different.

Good call Kham-Ryn, I agree. I'm not as big a reverse-grip user as Kham, but I agree that it's better to emitter grab if you wanna switch back and forth - you're moving closer to the center of balance that way, so you can change easily from regular to reverse and vice versa. It's what I typically do for reverse grip.
