Those fine people at Screen Junkies News discuss that Fox were initially not excited about the concept of Logan. While they talk, there was a live tweet from director James Mangold showing a clip from the movie (fast forward to 11.57 if you just wanna see that)

I wouldn't go that far, as the Deadpool marketing campaign was the best marketing for any movie in the last 20 years or so. However the Logan marketing has been great. The Johnny Cash trailer was probably the best trailer released in 2016.

I love the whole look and feel of this movie. As good as it looks, as this is (more than likely) Jackman's last appearance as Wovlerine, I want one, full-on, balls-to-the-wall, hardcore, batsh*t crazy berserker fury. Just for once in a movie it would be so great to see. We saw hints of it in X2 (in the mansion) but I want a proper one with limbs being severed like in the comics.

I could see the studio thinking it was a bit stupid to be honest...But I hope if its in there it's a late reveal
