And so we come to the all important animated round. Fun should be had by all. Please make sure to read all the rules before posting (that means YOU Logos Wink)

Rules of the game:

1- You are only allowed to pick 11 THEATRICALLY RELEASED  movies (that's 10 with a bonus pick)

2- Only THREE Honourable mentions are allowed

3- Your choices DO NOT have to be in order of favourites

4- You can only choose INDIVIDUAL movies, NO franchises (For example: you cannot choose the Toy Story trilogy. They would be considered as three separate entries)

5- Traditional hand-drawn animation, stop-motion and CG animation are all acceptable.

Please remember - That all opinions on movies are subjective. There are no wrong or right answers for the animated movies you love, so no putting down other peoples picks if they choose something you disagree with.

3- The Lion King
4- South Park: Longer, Bigger and Uncut
5- Spirited Away
6- Princess Mononoke
7- Aladdin (RIP Robin Williams)
8- Kung-Fu Panda
9- Akira
10- Ninja Scroll
11- Monsters Inc

Honourable mentions:
i- Toy Story
ii- Heavy Metal (1981)
iii- The Iron Giant

Ok, see if I can come up with 11...

1.  LOTR (1978) - You want Tolkien in movie form?  Until 2001, that was it. Smiley

2.  Heavy Metal -  Just really cool, plus Harold Ramis. Grin

3.  Cars - That was good.  Cracked me up.

4.  UP - Who doesn't want to do that?

5.  The Incredibles - Good flick.

6.  Toy Story - Classic.

7.  Nightmare Before Christmas - Best.

8.  The Lion King - Hakuna Matata.

9.  Zootopia - A fox!  Hey fellas a fox!

10. Nemo - More hilarity.

11. Inside Out - The red guy...lol  Anger.

Honours: Ratatouille, Wall-E, Aladdin.

Nice list. I was always a big fan of the 1978 LOTR.

Frozone in The Incredibles was a joy. After we get the sequel I would LOVE a Frozone spin-off movie.

The Mad Professor

1- The Iron Giant
2- The Incredibles
3- Titan A.E.
4- Atlantis: The Lost Empire
5- Heavy Metal
6- Up (a more complete and beautiful love story in the first five minutes than in the entire Twilight Saga, and it did it with no dialogue)
7- Wizards
8- Robin Hood (Disney)
9- Ghost in the Shell
10- Wall-E
11- Who Framed Roger Rabbit? (technically counts, even though it was a live action/animation hybrid)

Honourable mentions:
1- Despicable Me
2- Fantasia
3- The Jungle Book

I would have included Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children, but it never made it to the theaters.
Shame, though, because this scene was utterly FANTASTIC:

Oh yeah. Samuel L. Jackson as a cold powered super hero. Sounds good to me.

I considered Atlantis, and Despicable me, but decided against it. I totally forgot about Robin Hood, or else that would have totally been on my list.

Unfortunately, Who Framed Roger Rabbit is disqualified. Yes, it does include animation. However, it is NOT an animated movie. As you yourself noted, it is a "live action/animation hybird". That is why I never included Mary Poppings or Bedknobs and Broomsticks on my list.

And I agree with you and FF VII. Really enjoyable.

Was He-Man and She-Ra: The Secret of the Sword released theatrically, and if so, where was I that I didn't hear about it?

Now I wonder if it will be disqualified.  It was always meant to be a multi-part episode intro to She-Ra, but the powers that be decided to put it together and release it theatrically, which they did in Limited release on March 22, 1985.  The a Month later premiered it in its parts to begin the She-Ra series.
