Loved the video, RMJ. Nice job and excellent take on your new EH. Glad you really like it. I'm in awe of the one I ordered as well. Fantastic job US did on this saber. Great choice on the angled activation box and the black covertec wheel.  I'm thinking of swapping my gold one out as well. At first I really liked the gold one, but I'm inclined now to change it out to a black one or maybe the silver one.

For that scratch I recommend trying MAAS metal polish with a micro fiber cloth to buff it out.  I've been able to get superficial scratches out on mine, and Marlena in US Customer Service said if it's a deep scratch, you can use some ultra fine grit sandpaper to sand the scratch a little to flatten it out before using the MAAS metal polish to then buff it all shiny new.

Point for the awesome addition to your collection, and especially as your first Emerald saber.  Woohoo!

Thanks for the tip about the scratch. You don't really notice it...but I do. I mean...I spent a lot, and wasn't expecting it to unwrap like that.

I sent my video and the exact time mark to US customer service. Haven't heard back yet.

Oh, and recharge ports are awesome.

They really, really are. I foresee myself sending my sabers without a RP back to Ultra Sabers to add them on later. I've started to miss that feature more and more now.  Wise choice to get one from the get go. 👌

Hey everyone. Thanks for the feedback and kind words.

Ultra Sabers reached out to me and offered a few options to remedy the issue on the scratch on the control box. I can say I'm satisfied now. It's been resolved.

I'll be editing the video and cutting out that portion.

Great video and an awesome saber!  Unfortunately, with mass production and Ultra Sabers' quick turnaround, small scratches and whatnot can happen.  But, they're quick to resolve stuff like that.
