What size is"
The one for removing the blade, I bought a saber thinking I had one, but none fit, so off to the hardware store.

Thanks in advance.

US sizes, no metric.  Depending on the hilt you have, you need a 9/64 or a 5/64, most likely the 9/64.  I have one of these guys, it has everything on it:

Thanks I have one similar, but size needed wasn't on it.
Picked up some more today from work to try, if these don't work I'll call US and
see if I can buy a wrench along with extra set screws, I know I'll eventually loose it.
Was on site and 8.00 for S+H is a little steep for such a small item, I'll see what they say.

Thanks for the reply.
Forgot to mention my saber, it's the Lost Cray.

Sooooooo, because it's the Lost Gray, I read some where on the forum how someone had unscrewed the holder.
So I did to, I found  a wrench that fit in, but when I turn it feels more like it's stripping the inside, and once that happens I'm kind in a mess.

The wrench does go in and when I turn it has resistance, but the screw won't turn.

Any ideas, I hate to have to send the blade in for them to send another.
I will call them as soon as I can.

But has anyone else experienced this?

The Lost Gray uses a 5/64, and the screw is on the side.  I don't know what holder you unscrewed, if you mean the blade holder, mine doesn't seem to come off, at least not without taking the hilt completely apart, which I haven't done (yet.)

I you have stripped screws, you need to contact customer service and see how they want to handle it.

If there was only a hit your fore head emoji.
I tried 5/64 on my set and it wouldn't gp in, I swear.
But I tried again an this time used a little more umph, went in and I was able to unscrew it and take my blade off.

Still going to contact them to see about extra screws.

I was able to find small set screws at my local hardware store so you may want to check there instead so you don't have to pay shipping.
Btw; take your set screw with you when to go to the hardware so they can match the size and threads, this makes it much easier.  Wink
Hope this is help full. MTFBWY!

The threading on the set screws is 8-32.  That's all you and the fine folks at the hardware store need.  Wink

Thank you scifidude79, I looked for the link, but couldn't find it.

And thank you for the light side points MavRick. The light side is the true path to enlightenment.
