So I'm supposed to work out with a girl friend tonight, but all I really want to do is but some new LEGOs and watch RWBY all night.
However, Assassin's Creed is on the table for tomorrow, so............
PS: Anyone care to comment on whether it is worth seeing?

Have you played any of the games? You know the best thing about the games is that 90% of the great stuff happens when you are inside the animus exploring the past? Well, that doesn't really happen much in the movie. Large sections of the movie take place in the modern day. Thee action set pieces in the past are great and it looks beautiful, but overall I found it to be more disappointing than the Warcraft movie. Basically, the long list of subpar video game movie adaptations continue. |

Haven't played the games. The movie looked interesting (plus Marion Cotillard  ), plus my other apprentice is going through $#!% and could use a pick-me-up. He loves the series. |

The same team was involved in Macbeth (Cotillard, Fassbender and the director) which is what gave me hope for this one. I just got the impression that either the people at the studio have never played the game or didn't get why the game was popular. You may have a different opinion as you have never played any of the games, but I've played all of the ones on the PS3 and view it as one the best game series around (not every game was great but when they got it right it was Totes Amazeballs). Will love to hear what you think of it |

MJ, and I quite liked it. Some parts felt a little sparse to me, but the acting talent really elevated the movie past those shortcomings. Have fun.  EDIT: Although it isn't really a "pick-me-up" kind of movie, SPLIT, starring James Mcavoy, I thought was absolutely astounding. |
