Lumberjack bod - Big, burly, rugged and strong. Usually a full beard. Arms the size of tree trunks from swinging axes and hauling log.
Dad bod - a guy that was once in shape, but since getting married and having kids, has let himself round out a bit. Since he isn't trying to attract mates anymore, there's less need to hit the gym. Wives tend to approve of this condition, even encourage it, mine included.
I think he was trying to say you look like a lumberjack that got married and had kids.

Lumberjack Bod is just another name for the Powerlifter Body type.
Basically, it's size and musculature earned from physical labor as opposed to lifting weights. Typically found in powerlifters, construction workers, firefighters, etc.
