now that I think about it Ultra, not all America fits into that box either. Amish and Native communities don't use that kind of language (and I could be missing more than that)

Ha, having been around Mennonites, Amish, and Native Americans, I can tell you that isn't true at all. Even if you did find an example of puritanical Americans, I said it's ALMOST universal. Outliers can be found in everything. |

There are many many people that do not use language (my family and pretty much all of my friends families being some), however, there are reasons for that that I won't get into due to forum Rules (and I'm sure you all know what rule [and aspect of the rule] I am talking about), so I see no need to mention it. |
