I just got done watching all three Ip Man movies with Donnie Yen... I always forget that Ip Man was Bruce Lee's Wing Chun instructor. |

Doing a lot of work on myself. Its been a difficult patch and I am in a particularly dark place this morning. Trying to turn it around, I started thinking about this week. The holiday. All I have to be thankful for. I looked through some quotes and articles online to help guide my thoughts. I found some deep meaning in this quote and wanted to share it;
