How did you end up attaching the parts together?
The pieces had a cavity down through it so I adhered a metal rod into the head with liquid plastic, glued the rest with Gorilla glue, then filled the rest of the cavity around the rod with liquid plastic. Really added way more strength to it. I have to fill and blend the seams and do a overall sanding on the handle and I can paint. |
