Hey all,

I've been dark for a while, but for a fun cause, I decided to venture into a personal DIY build (so this counts as "the other guys" thus i'm posting it in here)

This is simply some of my build photos, and the end result, which I intend to use in the future for a Luke Skywalker cosplay  Grin

I manually put together the hilt, added film accuracy upgrades and installed all electronics myself.

In respect to US, I won't be naming any material sources for this build.

I just want to share some Graflex love! This is a saber that US inspired me to make, after hooking me into this hobby!

Hi, Lev!  Great to hear from you Smiley  Your Graflex looks stunning and going dark for a build like this is prob an understatement lol.  Great pics and a big Congrats to you!  Point!

That's awesome! I love it. You did a fantastic job. Love the crystal chamber. I have been trying to figure out different ways to hold a crystal myself.

That's really awesome, it looks like an accurate TESB Skywalker saber.  Plus, I really like what you did with the internal components.

This build looks amazing.  I am in awe of the craftsmanship and the internal details.  I am imagining that this is kinda what the internals of an actual working lightsaber would look like.

current saber : Initiate v4 with fire orange blade, soon to have Obsidian v3 sound and av switch installed

wishlist dream saber:  Dark Initiate v5 with gold claws, with most of the black anodizing removed to create a custom look

I have the same kit minus the chassis. I went fit a smiple one with the crystal chamber. But I haven't started the build yet.

This looks freaking fantastic! Did you keep it with the 7/8 in blade holder or upgrade it?
