If you want to avoid the regular tightening, put some locktite on the screw.  That will hold it in place, but you'll still be able to remove it if you want.

Just make sure not to over tighten it.  That will actually make the issue worse.

Wobble from the blades down to the hilts are normal even on the higher end sabers that I have. I'll do a video demo this weekend sometime just tapping the blades together and such both from the range of V3's and 4's I have to some of my higher end sabers
