I just got my first new Ultrasabers in a while and man am I impressed. I got a bonus initiate with a little blade on it and I decided to replace that blade with a full size, and use the initiate for blade plugs and the blade tip. In my experience in the past blade tips have popped out pretty easily, particularly during fights in high grass where I can never find them again. Well, thats over. It took me 2 hours to get the blade plug free from the blade with a hacksaw and pliers and some mineral oil and a bunch of other implements. These blade plugs are seriously in there now, I dont think I need to bother with the packing tape anymore. Theres also been a change in the mirrored part, it doesnt seem to extend as far as it did before so it defuses a little light into the actual blade plug, lighting that up nicely and making it look even and rounded. Very nice touch! So I just want to say thanks to the Ultrasabers crew for these changes and improvements!

Yes sir! I believe that was implemented a few months ago. The tips are threaded now, and allow partial shine-through. Cool eh?  I'm not sure about the pointed ones though...only have round tips. Also, I THINK US is about to release new blade plugs...cooler looking ones. |

But I definitely like the shinethrough and the better attachment for the tips. Some new blade plug designs would be nifty. |

Yeah the blade tips are now shine through which is nice. makes it more realistic looking I think especially if you have a red blade saber  Can't wait to see the new blade plug designs |

Yes indeed Jediseth,
I have seen a few "new and improved" designs, and a handful of members actually got them.
No guarantees, but it makes sense.

Oh that sounds fun i just upped my collection from one grab bag to 5 all together in a matter of two weeks lol so new blade tips incoming would be awesome. |

So it would be nice if they were making them look a bit better or have some shine-through |
