 I will try to make a long story as short as possible. I made an OOP's on my last order. I put a space between the words. I e-mailed Ultra and they made it right. I had to pay for the shipping, a small price to pay for my mistake. But, I got my Initiate and I love it. This is one hilt that I will customize and experiment with. This was probably the best customer service I have received in a long time. I am now a customer for life. Thank-you!
