Go with 32". 24 is REALLY short - definitely child size or for a specialty weapon (light dagger, etc). The 32" blades still look good proportionally but shouldn't be awkward to wield for anyone in the 5' range. When I asked for my dual wield setup Deep just told me to order a regular (36") blade of my choice and put the preference for a 32" in the comments.
