I wanted a blade plug for my Sentinel v4 but couldn't find anything on Thingiverse to print. So remixed a similar design to create a 1" blade plug and 3D printed it with a Rebel logo. You can change the logo to anything that is available in the Font Awesome library. The blade plug is mostly hollow throughout but to prevent dust from entering the lightsaber there are a couple of layers in between which cover the hollow tube completely but still allow the light to pass through.
