Hello everyone, i was looking at the hilts that US has to offer, but most of the pics don't show retention screws....so my question is does anyone know which models come with 2 retentions screws? I'm looking for an empty hilt that has 2 retention screws.

I have a Dominix LE V2 that uses two retention screws. I can't say the normal Reapers do this, but My curved reaper uses three screws...sort of. I can get pictures tonight. It utilizes claws that are held on to the emitter with retention screws, plus the one that holds the blade in place.

Hi and welcome to the Forum. Prior to further postings you must go to the Forum Rules to both read and acknowledge. Found at the top of the main page in bold red print. Thanks.  As far as I can recall the only sabers with x2 retention screws are the v2 Initiates and full size Aeon/Dominix sabers. Note that they are the most narrow of all the US sabers. Come ONLY as a stunt saber and because of the smaller diameter... are not MHS compatible. Meaning that you can't swap out other emitters and specifically pommels for this one piece design.  |

You can have extra retention screws added for a fee. Someone several months back had two extra screws added to a hilt. Just e-mail customer service for details on prices and how to order that.

Wow, that's actually quite inexpensive. I've got to hand it to US: having VERY good customer service in conjunction with a great price-to-value ratio makes for a great business model. Not to mention how addictive these sabers are  |

The guardians screws touch the blade in 3 spots, but I guess that's a little different.

The regular reapers are the same way: 1 blade retention screw w/ 2 on the emitter that also grip the blade |
