I received my lovely new saber in today!YAY Grin

Sadly though, the very first thing I tried doing was setting up a new sound font and as it was in the process of writing the font to the board, the whole system shut off... and hasn't turned back on.

I just figured I'd check on the forums to see if anyone has any idea of what to do in this situation.

It won't turn on in any way. I've tried replacing the batteries. I can't run diagnostic checks. I tried just about everything I can think of.  Undecided

Hope I can find some help here.

Define "replacing the batteries."  Did you replace them with fully charged 14500 Li-Ion batteries?

Used 2 different set of L-I batteries, one partial and the other fully charged.

That's odd if you unhooked the saber without shutting down the launcher that's the only thing I could think of that could be the problem. If It turned off while writing to board and it's not the batteries then you got a problem contact US. Typically you get fooled by the batteries just going dead. I know I have.  This may not be it, but it could be a connection problem are your batteries loose in the holder at all?

Hi MrSuperDuck,

If the batteries make are fully charged and make contact with the boards, yet doesn't do anything, (e.g. at least a beep when the power button is pressed), then it's either a wiring problem or the board itself might be at fault.
