Given that the trailer is so short and a good portion is spent pandering to the Nintendo generation with the original NES console (well done on the blowing on the cartridge, btw), it's far too early to pass judgement on the show yet. There's just not enough shown of the actual show other than seeing that it's anime style.

Sure...if you want to be pessimistic     Just seeing Alucard in animation is enough to have me hyped.  Given Netflix has a pretty good record of quality, my excitement is up there.  Looks to be following Castlevania III

That's not pessimistic. That's realistic. Realistically, there isn't enough actual footage in the trailer for me to form an opinion.

Pessimistic would be me saying "It sucks because it's anime style."
