Hi fellow saberites,

last week, I ran the first course on sporting light saber in Austria, based on my method called Functional Fiction. After a year of building a didactical way to teach this method, this was a kind of trial balloon - and it worked out rather fine. Here are some impressions:

We worked only with our Form I, the very basic of the method.

Thanks for sharing your group.  Doing some Tai Chi like movements may help with the flexibility and flow of motion.  But when first learning it's challenging while concentrating to not be stiffer.  The narrow room can be a problematic space for drills and patterns.  Am looking forward to seeing more videos as they develop in skills and number of members.
