Regarding the Bellicose... just playing with mine now and the blade holder or LED rattle is really annoying.
I love the Bellicose. This is the first I've heard of a rattle. Same on them all? |

Yea... I think that it's a design flaw but it's a really popular saber once the minor kinks are fixed. The slanted emitter sheath is really nice. I think that I just found the " winning " best pommel in my collection for this Belli and will share in M-box thread... see you have inspired me !  |

Regarding the Bellicose... just playing with mine now and the blade holder or LED rattle is really annoying. As much as I like the richness of that bronze button, I think that little pop of red makes this saber shmexy and I might even paint the av switch. If you or anyone knows how to make that loose sound stop please share for this Belli only.
Blade plug. It takes a little toying with to get right, but it's doable. Start by removing the set screws from the blade holder, and place the holder in the hilt. Then insert your plug to a depth that it firmly butts up against the MLS. Then pay close attention or just mark the wall of the holder. Remove the holder from the hilt to replace the set screws, then put the holder with secured plug back in until it stops and secure with holder screw. The rattle should be diminished by 98%. Repeat procedure for blade installation. |

This is a bit late, but posting as soon as I could. I entered the raffle with the Shock LE, which I bought on the Flash sale. I adore this saber. It's beautiful. It's regal. It's royal. It's elegant. It's DARK VIOLET AMETHYST with VA FoC. I've won something 3 out of 3 raffles in a row (Autumn 2016, Winter 2017 and Spring 2017), so I knew my luck wouldn't last. I did not win a raffle prize this time, which I was completely and utterly content with because this beauty was coming and wow, THAT, my friends, is a prize! Awesome pics guys! I've been somewhat busy lately so haven't been able to post anything since my sabers arrived until now. My raffle entry: Apprentice v4 staff in guardian blue with the quick release coupler and black AV switches. Haven't seen too many black AV switches on silver hilts so wanted to see what it would look like. Looks pretty cool I must say     My prize sabers (super excited about these!  ): Manticore - absolutely love the look and feel of this hilt! I got it in arctic blue with silver FOC and the high profile pommel - originally wanted the low profile version but it wasn't in stock. I'm still pretty happy with it though, I like it a lot more than I thought I would.  Dark Shock - simple but elegant, I'm a big fan of this hilt! I got it in blazing red with silver FOC as well.   Overall I'm incredibly pleased with all of my new sabers, can't wait to test them out sparring with my friends and make them jealous These put me up to 5 Ultrasabers now  Still can't believe I won anything, Ultrasabers you guys rock  |

The Apprentice seems like it would be perfect for a staff with the length of the hilt and choke points. You were right about the black AV switch, too. Not an obvious choice on a silver hilt, but it really pops and adds a great accent. I'm personally not a big fan of unicolor hilts like all silver or all black, so this idea is one I'd like to see more often. So my sabers finally arrived! Graflex CE: And the raffle prize: Love them. Ah the Graflex CE - it's so perdy! I love mine, too, with special focus on the Nickel plating so I get your enthusiasm on that one. It's so iconic and beautiful. I love all the stories connected to that saber design that enter my head whenever I look at it. It's so great you got one. Congrats! |

^^^Yeah the Omen is emitter heavy so if you ever get one just because be prepared for a work out x.x Tried one of my buddies out in Colorado, he has the Dark Omen and its heavier than what I'm normally used to, more so than any of the crossguards. I think the Dark Omen body, Arbiter emitter if you can get one, and Manticore high pommel would look sweet together  |

That's gorgeous! I wasn't into the gold bits when I was buying on the site but the more I see sabers like this I'm a total convert. It's been a relentless journey of me saying "I'm not a fan of x", then actually looking more closely and swinging to "WOW. I want." You've really caught them well in your photographs too. Simply blown away here. This is the first I've looked closely at anything with a coupler. Surprise surprise...I want. Nac Nak I salute your superior taste. |
