I think I'll focus on making a non-ghost version of the costume first, then have the LED Flame pieces as an added on effect/ snap on armor pieces. The hardest pieces will definately be constructing that helmet:





 and making an exact replica of his lightsaber pike. I think I found a perfect matching blade here:

I just found a perfect near replica of Darth Bane's Breast Plate. I just have to spray paint it a dark gray and cut some new etches into it to match the concept art reference picture:

Will be fallowing this one for sure Tongue I don't remember him having a lightsaber pike though. And just remember those blades are for display only and no dueling at all so

That helmet looks like a prime candidate for EVA foam construction, it has the right lines and thickness that mostly all EVA foam has already, or that can be achieved.
